RETURN YOUR ONLINE ORDER
Please ensure that your item meets our Returns Conditions before starting a return.
RETURNS CONDITIONS
- Full priced items can be returned for a refund, exchange or credit note
- Final sale and swimwear/bodysuits cannot be returned and/or exchanged unless deemed faulty
- Discounted promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty
Australian customers have 21 days from the date of purchase to return their online order. International customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return their online order. Any items received after this timeframe will be returned to sender.
For your return to be accepted, all items must be:
- Unworn, unaltered and in original condition
- Have all tags still attached, with all accessories and packaging included in the parcel
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
FLORMENTO cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. Please include your name, address, order number and return number in the parcel to prevent delays in the processing or your return.
EXCHANGES
We offer one exchange for eligible unworn and unaltered items exchanged within 21 days of the original purchase date, in accordance with our return policy.
Final Sale and swimwear/bodysuits are not eligible unless deemed faulty.
If you would prefer to exchange your item, you can request this when making your return. To do so, click here. If the size, style or colour is not available at the time of fulfilment, we will process a refund and/or store credit in accordance with our return policy.
REFUNDS
We endeavour to process returns daily Monday - Friday but please allow up to 5 business days from the date the return parcel is received.
Once your return is received and inspected, our returns department will notify you of the status of your return. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take 5 - 10 business days to appear in your account due to the processing times of your financial institutions.
Shipping fees and any duties and taxes from the original order are non refundable.
